Store description excerpt

**ScreenZoom Pro** turns your phone into a powerful digital magnifier. Read small text, zoom into any app, and inspect screen details with ease. ScreenZoom Pro is a screen magnifier for Android with multiple magnification modes, adjustable zoom, and text recognition (OCR) with text-to-speech. Designed for people with low vision, eye strain, or anyone who needs to enlarge on-screen content. ### Accessibility Service Disclosure ScreenZoom Pro uses the AccessibilityService API to assist users with low vision and visual impairments by providing real-time screen magnification, text recognition, and accessibility overlay controls across the system. Accessibility Service is required because Android does not provide another API that allows ScreenZoom Pro to magnify content across all applications in real time. Alternative Android APIs cannot provide the same continuous, system-wide magnification experience required by this accessibility feature. **How the AccessibilityService API is used:** - Obtains temporary access to the current screen image only while the magnifier is running, allowing the app to display a real-time magnified view and perform on-device OCR. - Renders magnified overlays, split-screen zoom, and text-to-speech for users with visual disabilities. **What the AccessibilityService API does NOT do:** - It does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, sensitive information, or on-screen content accessed via the API. - It is NOT used to read keystrokes, passwords, financial data, or monitor user touch inputs. - It does NOT modify the user interface of other apps or inject touch events into them. - All screen processing happens locally on your device in temporary memory and is immediately discarded — no data leaves your phone. Accessibility Service is used exclusively to provide features requested by the user. The service cannot be enabled automatically and must be explicitly activated by the user in Android Settings. The Accessibility Service is only active while the magnifier is running. You must enable it manually from Android Settings, and our onboarding tutorial explains why it is needed. ### What can you do with ScreenZoom Pro? - Magnify any part of the screen in real time. - Read small text effortlessly. - Adjust zoom level in real time (1.5x to 4x). - Listen to text read aloud with on-device OCR and text-to-speech. - Choose the magnification mode that best fits each situation. - Text recognition works offline — no internet required. ### Three ways to magnify **Window (API 33+)** — Magnifies a portion of the screen using the system's native magnification controller. **Split Magnifier** — Shows a magnified view in the lower or upper half of the screen while the original view stays on the other half. Works on devices running Android 10 or newer. The magnifier auto-hides after a configurable delay when you stop touching. **Full Screen** — Freezes the screen so you can inspect photos, documents, m
