A silent alarm is not one bug, it's seven, each with a different fix: • Exact-alarm permission (Android 12 and up) • Notifications turned off for the app • The alarm notification channel silenced by hand • The Alarm volume slider at zero — separate from ringtone and media • Do Not Disturb blocking it • Battery optimisation putting the app to sleep • Lock-screen (full-screen) permission on Android 14 and up Version 1.3.0 adds a check screen that tests all seven, tells you which one is wrong, and opens the exact settings page for it. Close it mid-countdown and reopen: the remaining time is still right. 🍅 FOCUS AND INTERVALS • Pomodoro: work and break lengths, number of rounds, rolls on by itself • Interval chains: name your own phases, each with its own colour and length — circuit training, tea steeping steps, revision blocks • A heads-up alert a set number of seconds before time is up • Home screen widget with the time remaining 📋 SESSION LOG Every finished and abandoned session, with today's and the last seven days' totals. Kept on this phone, never uploaded; copy it all to text or delete it in one tap, or switch the log off entirely. 🌙 EASY ON THE SCREEN Left running for an hour on a bedside table or a kitchen shelf, a timer burns into an OLED panel and lights up a dark room. So the screen now dims by itself after a few untouched minutes (touch to wake), the clock nudges a couple of pixels every minute against burn-in, and you can scale the digits up or down. It dims only this app's window, never the system brightness. 🔒 PRIVACY Your timers and photos stay on your phone.
