Sciplan is a science-informed workout planner built to turn training principles into a clear plan you can follow and track. Answer a few questions about your goals, experience, available days, session duration, and equipment. Sciplan creates a structured plan adapted to the information you provide, with progressions for hypertrophy, powerlifting, and calisthenics. During each session: • Follow exercises in order. • View available exercise demonstrations. • Record sets, reps, loads, and RIR. • See the data from previous sessions. • Use the rest timer and keep your workout history. The plan and progression engine use deterministic training rules based on progressive-overload principles. They are designed to make your training more structured and consistent—not to promise a specific result or replace individual professional assessment. Andy is Sciplan’s AI fitness assistant.
