Exercise for 5 minutes daily, your mind will be more active! Used to develop concentration, distribution, and control abilities; expand visual span; improve visual stability, discrimination, and directional search capabilities. The longer you practice, the shorter the time needed to scan the table. As practice deepens, peripheral vision improves, allowing beginners to effectively expand their visual span, speed up reading pace, and train eyes for rapid recognition; and for those in advanced stages, simultaneously expanding horizontal and vertical visual span to achieve reading ten lines or even a full page at a glance is highly effective.
