SCANATLAS AI ASSISTANT - Ask ScanAtlas AI about inventory, scans, and analytics for grounded insights, workflow guidance, and reports. - Conversations and retrieved data stay on your device; after setup, the assistant works offline. - Review and confirm actions before ScanAtlas updates inventory, moves stock, changes history, or exports reports. SMART SCANNING - Capture QR codes, barcodes, and NFC tags with Deep Scan from photos, batch multi-scan, duplicate warnings, zoom, torch, and gallery import. - AR batch-scanning labels identify multiple barcodes and keep live targets visible through shelves, cartons, and pick runs. - On-device OCR captures expiry dates, lot and serial numbers, prices, weights, bin or shelf names, notes, and recognized locations. - Decode GS1 identifiers and Digital Links, Digital Product Passports, AAMVA/PDF417 IDs, boarding passes, Wi-Fi, vCards, events, URLs, email, SMS, and map links. - Look up products, compare retailer links, and monitor official recalls using barcode and lot matches. INVENTORY & STOCK CONTROL - Track quantities, locations, bins, suppliers, costs, low-stock thresholds, expiry, warranty, maintenance dates, notes, photos, and activity. - Import inventory from CSV, export CSV/PDF restock reports, and create supplier purchase order PDFs from low-stock items. - Check items in or out, move stock between locations, and review the audit trail. - Save named map places and connect physical locations with scanned records. MISSIONS, PICK LISTS & INSPECTIONS - Use Shelf/Bin Copilot for guided counts, shelf audits, pick runs, and receiving. See expected, found, missing, extra, mismatched, and date-risk items. - Use AR Find during missions to highlight missing or expected labels in the live camera view. - Build reusable pick lists, assign work, scan to pick or add, track quantities, clone lists, and export CSV or PDF. - Run guided templates for warehouse safety, site walks, facility checks, equipment pre-use, maintenance safety, and hazard reports. - Capture evidence with photos, markups, notes, voice notes, findings, corrective actions, due dates, closeout proof, verification, dashboards, and audit-ready packets. AUTOMATION, SYNC & REPORTING - Sync scans, inventory events, mission reports, and inspection rows to Google Sheets or Airtable with offline retry queues. - Build Scan Flows that react to scan, inventory, or inspection events, then copy values, append notes, fire webhooks, queue labels, save files, or adjust stock. - Use team workspaces with org-code invites, shared inventory, pick lists, activity, alerts, and feature grants.
