Store description excerpt
Using 3D LiDAR technology, the Scanabull Weigh App provides farmers, agents and rural professionals a way to quickly weigh cattle and get average mob weights. Weigh your cattle in a second, no internet connection required Works on moving, indoor or outdoor cattle, in yards or outdoors in a paddock. This early release version is 95% accurate on individuals below 250kg, while currently less accurate on larger animals. The app works when you are within about 4.5m of the animal. To use the app you'll first need to create an account with us. Please sign up to the Early Adopters list on our website - currently we are limiting the number of accounts we create. To Use Open the app and point your phone at a cow/steer/bull or calf. If the animal shape is green, you are close enough to weigh the animal. If red or orange, you are too far away and need to be closer. Click on the round button to save your weight. Optionally create a Mob (aka a group of cattle that you wish to weigh) by clicking the Mob drop-down and selecting "Add New". To view your Gallery - tap the image at bottom right. There you can view each of the mobs you have created, with graphs showing the weights of individual animals, range of weights and an average weight for each mob. When in wifi range, your data will sync with our cloud database - you can then view your data or share a link from the Dashboard: https://app.scanabull.com/dashboard Coming Soon Improved accuracy on larger cattle Share a link to a mob from within the app
