Store description excerpt
Got a text, email or DM that feels off? Before you tap anything, check it. ScamSavvy reads the message, finds the tactics scammers rely on, and shows you the exact words that matched — highlighted inside your own message. You get a risk level, the evidence, and what to do next. In about ten seconds. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR IPHONE The whole check runs on your device. Your messages are never uploaded, never stored on a server, never seen by anyone but you. There is no account and no sign-up. That is not a privacy setting you have to find — it is how the app is built. IT SHOWS YOU THE EVIDENCE Most tools give you a verdict. ScamSavvy highlights the phrases that triggered it, right inside your message, so you learn the pattern and spot the next one yourself. WHAT IT LOOKS FOR • Pressure to act fast — "within 24 hours", "your account will be closed" • The company name and the link do not match • Look-alike web addresses, changed by a character or two • Disguised letters borrowed from another alphabet • Requests for a password, PIN or one-time code • Gift cards, crypto and transfers — payments you cannot reverse • "It's me, this is my new number" — the family impersonation opener • Unpaid toll, held package, jury duty and benefit-suspension pretexts • "Your device has a virus" — no company can see that from a message SET IT UP FOR A PARENT One tap turns on larger text, higher contrast and a simpler result screen. Built for someone who wants a clear answer, not a dashboard. WHEREVER THE MESSAGE IS Share it straight from Messages or Mail, pick a screenshot, paste it, or tap the widget to check whatever you just copied. TEN LANGUAGES The interface and the scam-pattern catalogue both cover English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi and Turkish. HONEST ABOUT ITS LIMITS ScamSavvy gives you a risk assessment, not a guarantee. A clean result means we did not find the patterns scammers usually use — it does not mean a message is safe. Every result ends with the same advice: if you are unsure, contact the company through its official channel, never through the message. ScamSavvy never opens a link from a message; when it offers to open a company's website, it uses that company's own address. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS ScamSavvy Premium is offered as a yearly or a weekly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Terms of Use (EULA): https
