Store description excerpt

Point the camera at the plate. Savor names the foods, estimates the portions and writes calories and macros into the diary. Any amount it got wrong, you tap and change. Scan a barcode and the product arrives with its nutrition panel filled in. Or type two letters and pick from the 371 foods that ship inside the app. A meal takes a few seconds, which is why it still gets logged on day nine. Savor is a diary for what you eat, with the numbers attached. It shows what went in, what is left today and how the week went. Which diet, if any, is your call. DIARY AND SCANNER - Scan a barcode and the product lands in the meal with calories and macros, from Open Food Facts and USDA. - Search 371 foods without a connection, plus your own foods and saved meals. - The day keeps a running count: calories left, protein, carbs and fat, each meal at the time you ate it. - Log water and caffeine and see how much caffeine is still in your system. - Weigh in and follow the trend line. - Read the weekly report: days inside your range, how protein held up, and a letter grade for the week. - Set reminders for meals, water or the scale, or none at all. - Export the diary as CSV or a full backup. All of that costs nothing, and there is no account to make. The free app limits one thing, the camera: you get one plate photo to see how it works. SAVOR PRO - Photograph the plate or the nutrition label, up to 8 times a day. - Say what you ate, and Savor writes it into the diary. - Put today's count and a log button on the home screen. - See where your weight lands if the next weeks look like the last ones, and log waist, hips and arm next to it. - See at what hours you actually eat, and which of iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium ran short this week. - Let the calorie goal adjust to your measured burn. - Hand over a PDF report for 7, 30 or 90 days. - Cook from 417 recipes with calories per serving and a timer for each step. - Plan the week and get the shopping list, sorted by aisle, minus what your pantry already has. - Give it your calories, budget and allergens, and Savor fills the week with dishes that fit. - Keep a pantry that empties as you cook and warns before something runs out. Pro comes as a monthly plan or a one time purchase. Recipes, week plan and pantry are free to try for a week after setup. Your diary stays on your phone. Barcode and food lookups go to Open Food Facts and USDA, plate photos go to the analysis server and are not kept there. Savor counts, without names, which screens get opened, so we know which parts of the app are used. Never your food, your weight or who you are. No ads. Nutrition values are estimates. A portion on a photo can be off, a packaged product is as exact as its label. Savor is not medical advice; for a diet plan, talk to a doctor or dietitian. Dinner is logged before it gets cold.
