Store description excerpt

A new generation against plastic. Save Our Seas started in 2022 with one idea: cut single-use plastic from schools and homes before it ever reaches the sea. This app is the part you can hold — somewhere to see what you're actually doing about it. TRACK WHAT YOU DIDN'T USE Tap an item each time you skip the single-use version. A bottle refilled, a bag you already had, a coffee in your own cup. The app keeps a running total for today and for all time, shows your day streak, and charts the last seven days — along with roughly how much plastic that adds up to. YOUR LIST, YOUR WORDS The Act tab starts empty on purpose. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is suggested. Write the things you're actually going to do — "refill bottle at school", "no plastic bottles at football" — add a note or a photo, and tick them off as you go. LOG YOUR BEACH CLEANS Record where you went, the date, how many bags you filled and how many people came, with a photo and any notes worth keeping. The app totals every clean you have ever logged. SHARE YOUR TOTAL Turn your numbers into a card you can send to anyone — and nothing leaves your phone until you choose where to send it. THE CAMPAIGN, BUILT IN All three Save Our Seas websites are bundled inside the app in English and French, so they open with no signal at all. Handy on a beach. IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH The whole app speaks both. Pick your language when you open it, or let it follow your phone, and change your mind any time in Settings. YOUR DATA IS YOURS This matters to us, so we will be plain about it. Everything you log — items, actions, beach cleans and every photo — is saved on your phone and nowhere else. There is no account and no sign-up. There is no analytics. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else, because there is nowhere for it to go. Delete the app and every bit of it goes with it. Save Our Seas is a campaign, not a company. Free, with nothing to buy.
