CRM Sauna is a workplace for sauna and bathhouse staff, in your pocket. Built for owners and employees of saunas, banyas and spa complexes. The whole shift in one screen: room occupancy, bookings, payments, fiscal receipts and guest messages. No need to sit at a desktop with three tabs open. WHO IT IS FOR • Front desk staff — greet guests, manage bookings, take payments, answer messages. • Owners and managers — see occupancy, revenue and staff shifts without being on site. SCHEDULE AND BOOKINGS • Every room and the whole day on one screen: what is free and when a guest leaves. • A new booking in a few taps — phone, room, time, rate. • Edit on the go: move, extend, change room, cancel. • Change history on every booking: who changed what. ONLINE BOOKING • A guest-facing booking site on your own domain, or on a free address we provide. No separate website project needed. • Styled for your venue: logo, your colours, name and phone in the header. • Already have a site? The booking widget embeds into it with one line — guests book without leaving your page. • Guests see which rooms and hours are free, pick a time and confirm by phone. • A booking from the site lands straight in the schedule, nothing to copy by hand. • Online payment and prepayment: a booking can be secured with money, not a promise. • Promo codes and campaigns work on the site too — the same prices as at the desk. GUEST PROFILE • Phone fills in from the booking, a returning guest is recognised at once. • Visit history: when, which room, how much was spent. • Bonus balance and debt visible at the moment of payment. PAYMENTS AND CASH • Cash, card and bank transfer, split across a single booking. • Fiscal receipt through connected cash register hardware. • Prepayment and balance are never lost: you see what is paid and what is still owed. • Cash register failures arrive as a notification, not at the end of the shift. GUEST CHAT • Messages from different messengers gather into one conversation per person. • Delivery and read status is visible. • A new message arrives as a notification, replying takes seconds. SHIFTS AND PAYROLL • Open and close a shift, cash on hand at the start and at the end. • Base rate and percentages are calculated automatically. REVIEWS • Map reviews in one feed: new ratings and the ones nobody answered yet. NOTIFICATIONS AND SECURITY • Alerts for new bookings, guest messages and cash register failures. Quiet hours at night. • A badge on the icon shows how much is waiting. • Face ID unlock and app lock: a phone left on the desk does not expose guest data. ACCESS The app works with a staff account issued by the sauna owner. There is no self-registration.
