Sarvaa Family is where you keep track of the insurance you already own. Your insurance advisor adds your policies to Sarvaa Family, and you see them here — health, life, motor, property and travel, together on one screen instead of scattered across paper files, emails and WhatsApp forwards. WHAT YOU CAN SEE • Every policy in one list, with the insurer, product and policy number • Your total cover across all policies, and how many are active • Sum insured, premium and how often it is paid • The nominee recorded on each policy • Cover details that matter at claim time — room rent limit and waiting period on health policies, IDV on motor policies • The date each policy is valid till, with a clear warning when a renewal is coming up in the next 30 days • Your policy document, ready to open or download whenever you need it — at the hospital desk, at the RTO, or when a claim is being filed YOUR ADVISOR, ONE TAP AWAY The person who sold you your policies is shown on your home screen with their name and agency, and a call button. No call centre, no ticket number, no waiting on hold — you reach the same advisor who has always handled your insurance. HOW YOU GET STARTED Sarvaa Family is invite only. There is no sign-up form, because you should never have to type your own policy details in. Your advisor sends you an invite link. You open it once to activate your account, and after that you sign in with your 10-digit mobile number and your date of birth in DDMMYYYY form — so if you were born on 14 June 1998, that is 14061998. Nothing new to remember. If you ever cannot get in, ask your advisor. They can reset it for you. ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION You only ever see your own policies. The app shows you what your advisor has recorded for you and nothing else — there is no way to reach another customer's information, and no other customer can reach yours. Sarvaa Family shows information. It does not sell, quote or compare insurance, it takes no payments, and it contains no advertising. Nothing in the app is financial advice — for that, speak to your advisor. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone in India whose insurance advisor uses SarvaaOne. It is free, and it stays free.
