The Meaning of the Gospel “Tafhim ul Injil” (the Meaning of the Injil). This App is the first explanation and commentary on the Injil sharif in the Saraiki language. The Injil sharif is the Word of God revealed by Allah to ibne Maryam hazrat Isa al Masih AS (the son of Mary, Jesus the Messiah). The ِInjil sharif (Noble Gospel) tells of the miraculous birth, prophethood, teachings, miracles, ascension into heaven and return of the Messiah hazrat Isa AS. It also tells that Hazrat Isa AS taught how to walk on the true path. He will come again before the Day of Resurrection and totally defeat Dajal (the Antichrist). Then complete peace will be established in the world. The Noble Quran Surah al-Maidah verse 46 states that the Gospel is the very Word of Allah which was revealed to the prophet Isa AS, in which is guidance and light. Hazrat Isa AS is God’s Spirit (Ruh Allah) and God’s Word (Kalimat Allah). He is an example of obedience to Allah taalaa for all muslim believers. Through the grace and favour of Allah Ta’ala this priceless gift “Tafhim ul Injil” is available in the Saraiki language. Here we clearly present the meaning of the original Greek text of the Injil Sharif. The most ancient Greek manuscripts of the Injil Sharif give confirmation of this meaning, among which is the most ancient complete manuscript of the Injil Sharif, i.e. the “Mount Sinai Manuscript" (Codex Sinaiticus) which through the power of Allah Ta’ala was preserved in a place of worship close to Mount Sinai. This manuscript dates to around 300 years before the year of Hijrat (Hijrah). In order to understand the context this App also includes an introduction to the Injil sharif, introductions to its different sections and maps of the places mentioned.
