SapoAzul Workout builds a structured resistance-training plan from a few answers about you: your experience, your goal, the days and time you have, and the equipment you can use. Then it gets out of the way. Everything runs on your phone. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere, and the app has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. It works with no internet connection at all. WHAT YOU GET - A weekly plan with a clear movement structure, filled to the session time you asked for. - A plain-language explanation of why the plan looks the way it does. - A weekly-volume report: sets per muscle measured against recommended ranges, including muscles the plan does not train. - Set-by-set logging, and progression that reacts to what you actually did: a concrete next weight, more reps, or a lighter week after a hard one. - A recovery check-in that steers the next session. - Once you have logged a full week, one small automatic adjustment toward whatever muscle fell behind. It is always shown, and you can undo it. - Swap any exercise for a ranked list of alternatives, keeping your history. - Or build the plan yourself and let the app audit the balance. - An optional short conditioning finisher, with a reminder about weekly aerobic activity.
