SAPHIR is a smartphone app developed as part of a research project at the Schulthess Clinic. It is designed for patients with lower back pain who receive a lumbar steroid injection at the Schulthess Clinic. The app aims to monitor users' health status in their everyday lives. This provides researchers with a more comprehensive picture of patients' well-being outside of appointments. What the app offers: • Recording symptoms and daily complaints using short questionnaires • Integration of a wearable device for collecting objective data • Supporting research to predict treatment success • Contributing to the development of personalized therapy approaches Who can use the app: The app is intended only for participants in the official study at the Schulthess Clinic.
