San Carlos Administration is an internal business application developed exclusively for San Carlos employees involved in field operations and industrial container management. The application is part of the San Carlos Administration integrated management system, designed to digitize and centralize all company operations. The application is designed to streamline and digitize the daily workflow of field workers, replacing paper-based processes with a fast, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experience. All data is securely synchronized with the San Carlos Administration system in real time, ensuring that information is always up-to-date on both the employee's device and the Polipus Solutions management platform. FEATURES Attendance Control Employees can clock in and out directly from San Carlos Administration. Each attendance record is automatically linked to the employee's GPS location at the time of the action, allowing Polipus Solutions to verify presence at the assigned work site. Location tracking is only active during the work shift and automatically stops upon clocking out, respecting the employee's privacy outside of working hours. Container Management Field workers can view their assigned industrial containers (dumpsters). Each container can be identified by scanning its unique QR code with the device's camera, allowing for quick and error-free location and management of assets in the field. The system guarantees complete traceability of each container at all times. Deliveries and Pickups San Carlos Administración guides workers through the entire delivery and pickup process. Workers can record all relevant details, including truck type, license plate, attachment used, customer information, and job site details. Each operation is confirmed with a digital signature captured directly on the device, eliminating the need for paper delivery notes and streamlining the documentation process. Operations Planning Workers can view the day's planned operations, including job site addresses and details of assigned containers, to efficiently organize their routes and tasks. The plan is updated in real time from the San Carlos Administración management platform. Movement History A complete container movement history is available within San Carlos Administration, allowing workers and administrators to track the location and status of any container at any time. This facilitates incident resolution and daily operational control.
