Developed specifically for individuals with POTS and EDS, the SALT program is an expert-backed training program designed to help you improve your symptoms through a personalized approach. With a focus on reconditioning, connective tissue remodeling, and fitness, the SALT program starts with an assessment of your current level of fitness and symptoms and then matches you with the best starting level for you. We'll provide guidance and support throughout the program to help you stay on track and make progress, with an option for individualized coaching to be added soon. The program consists of 12 levels and a full year of programming, with options for home or gym workouts, or a combination of the two. Our goal is to not only reduce your standing heart rate, but also to stabilize blood pressure, eliminate adrenalin surges, and reduce symptoms across the board. In addition to exercise, we also provide education on other lifestyle factors that can impact POTS and EDS symptoms, such as nutrition and stress management. Plus, with a community forum, you can connect with others going through similar experiences and get your program-related questions answered. So why wait?
