Sai Health Care is a mobile service-management application designed to help authorized employees efficiently manage customer complaints, field service activities, enquiries and purchase requisitions. With Sai Health Care, service teams can manage their day-to-day service activities directly from their mobile devices. KEY FEATURES • Complaint Management Create and manage customer complaints with relevant customer, service, equipment and problem details. • Complaint Tracking View complaints assigned to you and monitor their current status, including open, work in progress, closed and OK Found statuses. • Customer Information Search customers, view customer contact information and access active maintenance contract details while creating complaints. • Field Service Management Record work performed against complaints, including work remarks, service dates, locations, photos and completion information. • Service Tests & Technical Details For applicable service types, record electrical information and perform service test checklists with Good/Bad results and remarks. • Item & Spare Management Add items or spare parts used during service, including quantities, prices, discounts, taxes and serial numbers. • Other Charges Record applicable service-related charges along with tax information. • Complaint & Work Updates Update complaint information and edit previously recorded work details when permitted. • Service Reports View or access PDF service reports generated for completed service work. • Quick Sales Enquiries Create sales enquiries quickly for existing customers or new customers, including enquiry details and item information. • Purchase Requisitions Create purchase requisitions for existing or new suppliers directly from the mobile application. • Location & Service Information Where applicable, service activities can include location information and work-related details for better field-service tracking.
