This application is designed to speed up and simplify services by providing patients with the convenience of obtaining queue numbers, registering new patients, and various other administrative services independently through the kiosks available at healthcare facilities. Key Features ✅ Queue Number Retrieval Retrieve a queue number independently. Select a polyclinic or available service type. Receive a queue number receipt. ✅ New Patient Registration Register a new patient. Fill in identity data according to healthcare facility requirements. ✅ BPJS Kesehatan Integration Supports BPJS Kesehatan queue services. Integrated with Mobile JKN in accordance with BPJS Kesehatan regulations. ✅ Queue Receipt Delivery Print a queue number receipt. Send a queue number receipt via WhatsApp to the number entered by the user. ✅ Integrated with SAFFMedic's SIMRS All administrative processes are directly connected to the SAFFMedic Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), helping to improve service efficiency in clinics and hospitals. Used By This application is part of the service system at clinics and hospitals that use SAFFMedic's SIMRS.
