Take a complaint of the Civic-related issue using your smart and post it in one of the following categories. ・Door to Door ・UCC The app will take the location. Just type in the landmark of the complaint location. The complaint will then be assigned to the concerned person You can also vote up on any other complaint relevant to you. You will get regular updates on status of the complaint in the form of a push notification / SMS/email with the ‘Resolved’ status with OTP You can also reopen the complaint if you are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint.
