Store description excerpt
SabStab builds your strength-training routine around your body, not a generic template. Every routine uses your real anthropometrics (height, femur, torso, and arm length), strength benchmarks (1RM), and injury history—the kind of biomechanical analysis a specialized coach would apply, calculated automatically and updated as you train. WHAT MAKES SABSTAB DIFFERENT • Selects exercises based on your individual body mechanics, not only your experience level. Two people with the same goal can receive different routines when their proportions differ. • Automatically avoids or adapts exercises that may aggravate a recorded active injury. • Adjusts the next session's load from your actual performance, RPE, and completed reps instead of using a fixed progression. • Suggests efficient supersets that do not compete for the same muscle group. • Tracks meaningful progress, including estimated 1RM, weekly volume, and consistency. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell SabStab your body measurements, goal (hypertrophy, strength, or both), experience, available days, and equipment. 2. Receive your daily routine with sets, reps, and a suggested load for each exercise. 3. Log every set while you train. 4. SabStab automatically adjusts your next routine based on what you completed. Free for now, with no ads or in-app purchases. We may introduce a freemium model later, and any change will be communicated clearly. Your data belongs to you: you can delete your account and complete history at any time from Settings.
