SAASCOM Resident is the official SAASCOM platform app for condominium residents. With it, you can easily and securely access digital services provided by your condominium administration—building manager, administrator, and concierge—directly on your mobile phone. IMPORTANT: Use is exclusive to residents previously registered and authorized by the condominium. Login with credentials provided by the administration is required. Available modules may vary depending on the contract and permissions defined for each development. ——— MAIN FEATURES ——— • Account and profile Manage your personal data, profile picture, password change, and biometric login (optional, processed only on your device). • Home Overview of your unit, quick shortcuts, and remote activation of doors authorized by the condominium. • Statement and payment slips View condominium charges and financial transactions, when the module is enabled. • Common Area Reservations Schedule shared spaces, accept terms of use, register guests, and send photos when required by the internal regulations. • Visitors and Service Providers Pre-authorize access with an invitation link, photo, and temporary entry control, subject to the gatehouse rules. • Deliveries Track received mail, use a pickup code, QR code scanning, and digital signature upon pickup. • Announcements and Documents Receive official notices and access files published by the condominium administration. • Assemblies Participate in meetings, consult agendas, and vote virtually or in a hybrid format, when available in your condominium. • Incidents Record events with photos and videos for administration analysis. • Complaints, Compliments, and Ratings Submit feedback and rate condominium services. • Donations Post and search for items made available among residents. • Scheduling Request changes, works, and renovations according to the internal rules of the building. • Maintenance Check scheduled service notices for the building. • Multiple Units Switch between units linked to your account, when applicable. ——— APP PERMISSIONS ——— To offer the above features, the app may request Android permissions, always with your authorization: • Camera — profile photos, visitors, guests, incidents, and QR Code reading. • Microphone — participation in virtual meetings and video conferences. • Location — registration when signing terms of use for common areas, when required. • Internet — communication with the platform's servers. • Biometrics (optional) — quick login on the device, without sending biometric data to the server. You can revoke permissions in your phone's settings; some features may stop working. ——— SUPPORT ——— Questions about charges, internal rules, visitors, or security should be directed to your building's administration.
