RyzenN helps Client and Agent access roles view authorized record information securely provided by the RyzenN M2 Server in one mobile app. Each verified Agent has an isolated RyzenN access scope for approved records they are authorized to handle. Agents can review details securely provided by the RyzenN M2 Server and control visibility for linked Clients. Clients sign in to view only their own approved information in a read-only portal. RyzenN also includes Care Location, an informational directory where facility and location information is retrieved by the RyzenN server from publicly available internet sources. Care Location can sort facilities using foreground location only after the user asks for nearby results. RyzenN is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed facility or public internet source. It is not medical advice, emergency guidance, treatment advice, or confirmed panel eligibility. Users should confirm current details before travelling. RyzenN is free to download and Client registration is free. Agent registration requires a one-time RM99.90 Apple App Store activation. Agents can optionally enable Client Access at RM9.90/month so linked Clients can view their RyzenN data. Apple offer codes may provide discounted or free activation, and eligible RyzenN promo codes may provide free Agent activation and lifetime Client Access. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds; RyzenN does not collect payment-card details or use an external payment gateway. RyzenN is a secure information viewer and communication companion, not a public marketplace or insurance transaction platform. It is not the official source-record provider app unless separately authorized, does not sell insurance or financial products, change source records, process claims, or replace official provider systems.
