Store description excerpt
A training log built for one job: get you through the session and write down what you actually lifted. Four programs, one plan. The app runs a 52-week schedule of four 13-week blocks and switches programs for you at each boundary, so you never have to decide what today is. Week 13 of every block is a deload — the volume drops and the heavy work stops on its own. TODAY The day's session, one row per set. Type the weight and reps, tap to complete. Finished lifts collapse out of your way so the screen always shows what is left. The app never tells you what to lift. Every weight comes from what you lifted last time, or from a percentage of a max you entered yourself. Nobody else's numbers. MONTH A calendar of everything — lifted, ran, ate. Tap any day to open it and log it late. Month totals for sessions, miles and average calories, plus the whole 52-week plan laid out. FOOD Calories and protein against a target. Your runs subtract back out, so the number you see is the number that counts. Foods you eat often become one-tap buttons. RUN Log miles, or count laps if you train on a track. Pace and calorie burn work themselves out. Enter your date of birth and you get heart-rate zones for easy, steady, threshold and sprint work. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS There is no account and no server. Everything lives on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked, nothing is sold. Save a backup file whenever you want to move it to another device.
