Here’s how it empowers our team: For Administrators: Admins have centralized control over the entire system, ensuring the platform is always up-to-date and secure. User Management: Easily create, manage, and deactivate employee user accounts. Assign specific roles (e.g., Admin, Sales Team, Installation Team) to users, defining their access levels and permissions within the app. Catalogue and Design Management: Build, organize, and maintain our complete product catalogues. Define and customize detailed designs for our full range of curtains, blinds, and window treatments. Upload high-quality images for each design, fabric, and component, providing a rich visual library for our sales team and clients. For the Sales Team: Our sales team is equipped with a comprehensive mobile toolkit to manage the entire sales cycle from their device. Customer & Project Management: Create new customer profiles on-the-go. Initiate new projects and associate them with specific clients. On-Site Consultation & Configuration: Virtually map a client's home by creating individual rooms within the app. For each room, add and define every window with its precise measurements. Image Upload for Windows: Capture and upload photos of the client's actual windows to provide crucial visual context for the design and installation teams. Browse the master design catalogue and assign specific curtains or blinds to each window, creating a complete order. Job Site Location Capture: At the end of a successful consultation, capture the client's precise GPS location with a single tap. This vital information is saved to the project file for the installation team. For the Installation Team: Our installation team receives all the information they need for a successful and efficient installation, right in the palm of their hand. Job Dashboard & Details: View a clear list of assigned jobs.
