For stronger friction, connect a compatible NFC tag as a physical Rune and place it somewhere intentional—across the room, in a drawer, or by the door. FOCUS MODE • Choose the apps, categories, and websites you want to protect. • Start a manual boundary with your Virtual Rune or a connected physical Rune. • End the boundary with the same deliberate action when you are ready. AUTOMATIC RULES • Set a daily allowance for selected distractions. • Protect specific hours on the days you choose. • Temporarily unlock a boundary, then let it return automatically. BUILT FOR TRUST • Your protected selections and Rune identifiers stay on this iPhone. • No account, advertising, or subscription is required. • An optional one-time support purchase unlocks no features. • Rune uses Apple’s Screen Time controls to apply system-level app and website shields. A physical Rune requires a compatible NFC tag and an iPhone that supports NFC scanning. NFC hardware is not included. Screen Time authorization is required for app and website blocking.
