Run Bitty Run is a free run/walk training plan for people who have never run before — or haven't in years. THE PROGRAM A 27-workout, run/walk interval plan that gradually builds you from short walk/jog intervals to running continuously. Every workout has a spoken warm-up, interval cues, a halfway check-in, and a cool-down, so you never have to watch the clock. IT ADAPTS TO YOU After every workout, tell it how the session felt. Struggled twice on the same workout? It suggests repeating it. Either way, you always choose: move on to the next workout, or run this one again — nothing is locked to a fixed calendar. RUNS ON YOUR SCHEDULE Pick 2 to 6 days a week and the plan builds your calendar around it. Fall behind, take a break, come back — your next workout is always right where you left off. APPLE WATCH APP A full standalone Apple Watch app — start, run, and finish a workout without your phone nearby. Haptic cues at every transition, a watch face complication showing your next workout, and heart rate written to Apple Health. AUDIO CUES THAT DON'T FIGHT YOUR MUSIC Spoken coaching plays over whatever you're already listening to — it ducks your music for each cue, then gets out of the way. APPLE HEALTH Completed workouts save to Apple Health automatically, if you allow it. WHAT THIS APP DOESN'T HAVE No ads. No account or sign-in. No subscription, trial, or in-app purchase — every workout is unlocked from the first launch and stays that way. No GPS or distance tracking (this is a time-based interval coach, not a run tracker). No social feed, no leaderboard, nothing you didn't ask for. Run Bitty Run is, and will stay, completely free.
