Ruag SSOMA Files is RUAG's internal application for centrally, securely, and in real time managing all documentation related to the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA) area. 🛡️📁 It is designed exclusively for authorized RUAG personnel with the role of SSOMA Administrator or Supervisor. 👷♂️✅ It is not a public-use application. 🔒 📌 WHAT IT'S FOR It allows the SSOMA team to upload, view, and share personnel documents without having to send them by email or messaging: 📲⚡ • 🩺 Occupational medical exams: results, fitness for work, and expiration dates. • 🎓 Training: certificates, induction records, attendance logs, and talks. • 🛡️ SCTR: proof of the Supplementary Work Risk Insurance.
