The app is a one-stop key to all insurance related processes, compatible with iOS versions 10 and above. Features of RSM-inspect • This facilitates the user to complete the vehicle inspection by self, which would be required as part of the proposed insurance proposal and facilitates the insurance company to assess the vehicle instantly and take the appropriate decision on the same. • Self-ennoblement for intermediary to generate the Vehicle Inspection lead and complete the inspection. • Automatic tracking of cases for approvals via SMS and Email. • Quick turn around time in decision of inspection. • Instant intimation to Customers once the decision taken by approval team. • Recommendation/Approved reports are available for download • Integration with our Core APP for the proposed insurance proposal Intermediary Login Once you are successfully registered and have your password, login to your mobile app with through a secure OTP component for the new users and you will be navigated to the page where we can create lead and also send link to customer for motor pre-inspection For instance, if you click on the case in inbox, the system will display- 1. Customer and Vehicle details- -where we have to fill the customer details and vehicle details. 2. Vehicle Photo Section -Based on vehicle type, sample photo has been available besides the photo field. Go through the sample images and Click on Camera button capture the photo and save it. 3.Authentication details -Field Inspector and customer has to declare that images, video and data captured with proposed vehicle were carried out by myself in the presence of authorized representative of vehicle. Customer Login On Successful case generation, an SMS and email will be sent to registered mobile number and mail id. Click on Customer login and proceed with registered mobile number and secure OTP to authenticate and login to the mobile app. and you will be navigated to the page where the vehicle details are display.
