Store description excerpt
A personal trainer is expensive, and most diets fall apart by week two. Roxie is one app where an AI coach watches your workouts, meals, calories, and weight together. Gym, home workout, or running — paired with a meal-photo food log. Roxie's AI coach isn't a generic chatbot. It reads your actual workout logs, meals, calories, and weight changes before it answers. Did you train enough this week? Short on protein? Should next week's plan ease up? You get answers grounded in your data, not generic advice. ▶ Snap a photo, your food log is done Hate counting calories? Take a photo of your meal or type "100g grilled chicken" — Roxie identifies the food and portion and fills in calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Save your usual meals to log them in one tap next time. Breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner sort automatically by time, so your daily calorie goal and macros stay visible at a glance. ▶ Gym, home, running — a routine that fits you Roxie asks what you're after (fat loss, strength, endurance), your training history, how often you can train, and any injuries. From there it builds a program. Lifting at the gym? Sets, reps, and weights are spelled out. Stuck at home? A bodyweight session is ready. Heading outside? An interval or tempo run is on the schedule. ▶ Workout log and a rest timer that runs in the background Log every set's weight and reps, and the rest timer handles the wait between sets. The timer keeps running with your screen off, then vibrates when it's time for the next set, so you don't lose your rhythm. Confused on form? Every exercise has a video. Don't have the equipment or feeling off? Swap to an alternative exercise in two taps. ▶ Easy, tempo, intervals, long runs — real running plans Not "go run for 30 minutes." Easy, tempo, interval, and long runs with pace targets, planned ahead each week. While you run, audio cues call your pace and segment transitions. Long runs over 90 minutes get a fueling guide for before, during, and after. ▶ Weight and body fat trends, with Apple Health & Health Connect Log your weight and body fat to see weekly and monthly trend graphs. Apple Health and Health Connect sync, so data from other apps and smart scales flows in automatically. Ask the coach how close you are to your goal and you'll get a real read. ▶ An onboarding chat that goes past height and weight Roxie asks about your goal, current stats, training experience, injury history, weekly schedule, equipment at home, and sleep — in conversation, not a checklist. The first plan should be one you can actually stick to, not one that burns you out by week three. ▶ Weekly recap cards for sharing Your week's training volume, PRs, and food log highlights end up on a single shareable card. Post it to Instagram Stories or send it to a friend over chat to stay accountable. ▶ Roxie is for you if • You're tired of juggling separate apps for workouts, food, and weight • Counting calories has killed every food log you've started • A personal traine
