Designed for rowers, coaches, and rowing clubs, Rowing Coach features an intuitive interface inspired by modern rowing machines, keeping your most important performance data always within view during training. All your rowing data on one screen Customize the display by choosing exactly which metrics you want to see during your session. Monitor: • Time • Distance • Power (Watts) • Stroke Count • Stroke Rate (SPM) • Calories • 500 m Split • 1000 m Split Extended Mode also provides advanced metrics including stroke length, average power, average splits, calories per hour, average calories per hour, and estimated distance covered in 30 minutes. The interface is designed for maximum readability, even while rowing. Built-in GPS for every session During each workout, the app automatically records your boat position and route. View in real time: • GPS Signal Quality • Coordinates • Heading • Speed • Pace • Altitude Every recorded session also includes a GPS track that can later be viewed on the map, saved, and exported. Configure your boat Adapt the app to your training setup by configuring: • Boat Type • Number of Rowers • Coxswain Presence • Boat Weight • Crew Weight These settings help provide more accurate performance data based on your boat configuration. Record and share your workouts Build a complete history of all your rowing sessions. You can: • Save your workouts • Review recorded data • Share sessions via email • Export data in CSV and KMZ formats Rowing Coach also includes a remote connection feature that allows coaches to monitor session data from shore while athletes are training on the water. Compatible with Wear OS 2 and later. If you own a Wear OS smartwatch, you can install Rowing Coach directly on your watch at no additional cost and use it independently from your smartphone. To fit the smaller display, fewer training metrics are shown on the watch. Recorded sessions can later be transferred to your phone when both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
