Store description excerpt

ROV Missions is an underwater piloting game inspired by remotely operated vehicle training. Control a small ROV with two on-screen thumb joysticks and take on four training-style missions: sit on concrete blocks, recover a beacon, fly through numbered tunnels, circle the beacon, then return safely to the landing platform. The app is designed for ROV pilots, people interested in ROV operations, and general users who simply want to test, improve, or enjoy their piloting skills through navigation, obstacle, beacon, tunnel, and precision landing challenges. For people working in the ROV industry, ROV Missions can also be a simple way for family members or friends to experience a small part of what ROV piloting involves, in an accessible simulation-style game. Choose a mission and difficulty level, use the joysticks to move, turn, rise, dive, and laterally position the ROV, then complete the objective shown on screen. Return to the landing platform to finish the mission, optionally save your local score with three initials, and try again to improve your time. ROV Missions includes: Four mission types inspired by ROV piloting tasks Standard and hard difficulty levels Auto depth and auto heading assists in standard missions Pilot and chase camera views Local score saving Playful underwater visuals and sounds No account, adverts, tracking, or network connection required You can also download ROV Quiz, our companion app, to test and improve your ROV knowledge.
