Store description excerpt

"Wait — what was I doing again?" If that's your brain on a weekday morning, RUU is for you. It's a routine timer that walks you through your day one small, timed step at a time — the screen shows only the thing to do right now, and reads it out loud, so the next move is never a decision. I built RUU because of my own all-too-familiar ADHD mornings: the procrastination, the forgetting, the total blindness to how long anything takes. Instead of leaning on willpower, you lean on the system — and keep moving forward. RUU might be for you if… A long to-do list leaves you frozen, not knowing where to start You look up and the time you meant to leave is already gone — so you're always late Every habit app you've tried fizzled out within a week You just want your mornings — and your nights — to run themselves What you can do with RUU ● Break routines into steps Split the things you do every day into small steps and line them up. Once. ● Run them one at a time, on a timer Set a duration for each step. With the countdown in view, this one thing is the only thing. ● Hear the next step out loud Hands full? Phone across the room? RUU reads the next step aloud, so you catch "okay, this one's next" with your ears. ● Run it from your wrist with Apple Watch Keep moving through your routine without pulling out your (oh-so-distracting) iPhone. ● "Quick mode" for the rough days One switch skips every task that isn't strictly keeping you alive. On a "I genuinely cannot today" kind of day — just eat something, and let the cleaning and studying slide. ● Branches that are quietly powerful Build the day's twists and turns into a single routine. Choice branches: decide on the spot mid-routine — "which way today?" (gym day vs. no-gym day) Day-of-week branches: steps switch automatically by weekday (weekday mornings vs. weekends) A habit app with low standards (on purpose) RUU won't scold you for the days you didn't pull it off. There's no streak counter, no guilt-trip notifications, no broken 47-day chain. If you're after a perfect record of your morning wins, this honestly might not be your app. If that's okay with you, give it a try. If it makes your days even a little bit easier, that would make me happy. EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
