RouteLog — A complete record of your day. Can you name the road you enjoyed the most last autumn? It's still in your photo folder. The ocean view from the mountain pass, the cola you drank from the vending machine while sweating profusely. But how you ran between that photo and this one? Which corner you got lost at, where you stopped? That's no longer recorded anywhere. Photos only capture "points." RouteLog captures the "lines" connecting those points—in other words, your entire day. ■ One tap, and forget the rest. Cycling, running, walking, touring, driving. Choose from five modes, press start, and put your smartphone in your pocket. Distance, time, average speed, maximum speed, elevation gain, and even calories burned based on your activity—the app counts everything else. If you stop at a traffic light or take a break, the measurement automatically stops. It automatically resumes when you start moving again. "I forgot to press pause, and a 30-minute break was included in the time"—that little disappointment will never happen again. ■ Leaving behind "This was nice" moments A view that made you stop for a moment. A mountain pass you reached after a breathless climb. A quiet alley you wandered into. A beautiful flower whose name you don't even know. With a single button, you can place a pin with a comment wherever you are standing. The camera also activates. You can take as many photos as you like in one location. The app automatically looks up and adds the place name, so you don't even need to think, "Where did I take this?" By the time you return, your route for that day and the reasons you stopped will be lined up on the map in chronological order. ■ Relive that day This may be an experience unlike any other recording app. If you go outside with your saved record open, your current location on the map will continue to move. In other words, you can retrace the path you cycled last autumn on foot this year. The ability to open the photos you took at that moment, right in the place where they were taken. Records are not only something to look at, but also a reason to travel again. ■ A day of travel becomes a map The path you walked through an unfamiliar city becomes a map of your trip.
