EVERYTHING THE JOB NEEDS • Directions straight to the service address • The full work order and service history • Log the products and quantities you applied • Attach photos before and after • Leave notes for the office and the next technician FINISH THE PAPERWORK ON SITE Review the invoice with the customer and close the job out before you pull away. ROUTE TRACKING, ONLY ON SHIFT Start your shift and dispatch can see where you are, so customers get accurate arrival times and your remaining stops get re-sequenced when a job runs long.
