Unique repository for describing the health offer for health professionals (MMR) The ROR application is reserved for health professionals. The ROR application makes it possible to search at the regional level for a health offer, an establishment, a specific skill, a professional and to consult the availability in beds of the Resuscitation and Intensive Care (ICU) services. A unique reference of the description of the health offer which makes it possible to consult the offer: _ Medical institutions-Surgery-Obstetrics (MCO), Psychiatry and Care of Suites and Rehabilitation (SSR). _ medico-social and social institutions and services in charge of elderly people with loss of autonomy and people with disabilities (currently being created in the tool) _ liberal health professionals (Masseurs-Physiotherapists) A consultation and seizure tool for the availability of intensive care and intensive care beds at regional and departmental level and by type of activity. This application is based on the ROR web application. Any user of the mobile application must have an account on the web application of their region.
