RoostFocus Timer is a focused work timer built around clear work sessions, simple breaks, and a visual record of how each session went. Choose a preset or set your own length, attach a session to a project or task, and start. During a session, quick interruption buttons let you mark moments that pulled your attention away without leaving the timer. When the session ends, you can review the completed time, take a break, or move on to the next task. History keeps finished sessions organized by day, task, and project. Breaks shows interruption patterns by hour and type, while Projects and Week summarize where your focused time went and how your current routine is developing. RoostFocus Timer keeps the workflow intentionally simple: no account is required, your records stay on your iPhone, and you can export your own history as text whenever you need it.
