Reports include a branded cover page, client and property details, summary, findings, photos, severity labels, recommendations, signature, and generated timestamp. RoofProof Reports is local-first and does not require an account for v1. Your inspection notes stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Sample reports and PDF previews are free. Sharing a client-ready PDF requires an export credit or active RoofProof Pro subscription. Important: RoofProof Reports documents user-entered inspection notes and observed conditions.
