MEASURE FROM SATELLITE • Search for a property address and trace each roof section. • Calculate footprint area, true roof area, roofing squares, and perimeter. • Assign pitch manually or measure it with the iPhone pitch gauge. • Classify eaves, rakes, ridges, hips, and valleys for more complete quantities. BUILD DETAILED ESTIMATES • Estimate architectural asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and low-slope membrane systems. • Adjust waste, product prices, coverage assumptions, labor, tear-off, markup, discounts, and tax. • See materials cost separately from the complete installed job total. • Save customer, property, and project details. DOCUMENT THE JOBSITE • Attach project photos and add observations, categories, priorities, and roof-section assignments. • Keep notes, measurements, and photos organized with each project. • Use the app in English or Spanish.
