Store description excerpt

Pull back. Let go. Watch Roly fly. Roly Armadillo is a physics golf game where you launch a rolled-up armadillo across deserts, ice fields, and canyons — and try to reach the flag in as few shots as possible. The controls are simple: drag back from Roly like a slingshot, aim with the dotted arc, and release. What happens next is up to physics. — READ THE GROUND — Every surface plays differently, and knowing them is the whole game: • ICE — slick as glass. Roly never stops sliding, so you keep your speed but give up control. • SNOW — your brakes. Land here to stop exactly where you want. • BOUNCE BLOCKS — ricochet off them to reach ledges you can't launch to directly. • STICKY WALLS — Roly clings on and waits. Chain them together to climb. • BOOST PADS — free momentum, fired in the direction of the arrow. • QUICKSAND, POISON & WATER — one slows you, one resets you, one catches you. — POWER-UPS WHEN YOU'RE STUCK — Six ways to change how Roly behaves before a shot: Undo, Power, Bounce, Ice, Ghost, and Stick. Spend them wisely — they're limited. — 30 HAND-BUILT LEVELS — Three worlds, ten levels each, and every one designed around a single idea before twisting it. Beat the par to earn three stars. Beating par is easy. Beating it every time isn't. — BUILD YOUR OWN — The full level editor is built right in. Drop in ground, hazards, boosts, sticky walls, and decorations. Set the par. Test it instantly. If it's too hard, that's your problem to fix. — SHARE WITH ANYONE — Publish a level and it gets its own link. Send it to a friend, and it opens straight into your course inside the app — no searching, no codes to type. Browse what everyone else has made under Featured, New, and Most Liked, and download whatever looks fun. — NO PRESSURE — Play offline. Play one-handed. Play for two minutes or an hour. There's no timer, no lives, and nothing chasing you. Just you, a very round armadillo, and a flag somewhere off in the distance. Free to play. Built by one person with Solar2D.
