FOR MEDICAL FACILITIES & DISPATCHERS • Book a delivery in minutes with pickup and drop-off addresses, departments, contact staff, recipient details and specimen items • Create multi-stop runs when one courier covers several drop-offs • Watch the courier move on a live map, with status updates at every stage • Message your courier directly in the app • Edit, report an issue with, or cancel a delivery when plans change • Get push notifications the moment a delivery is accepted, picked up or completed FOR COURIERS • Browse available delivery requests and accept the ones that fit your route • One tap to open turn-by-turn navigation to pickup and drop-off • See specimen details, department, and the staff contact at both ends • Confirm drop-off with photo proof, so completion is documented, not assumed • Flag problems from the road with wrong address, no one available, damaged package • Chat with the dispatcher without swapping personal phone numbers BUILT FOR PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION RoadOpp handles PHI, and is built to the HIPAA Security Rule. Sessions log out automatically after inactivity, email verification is required at sign-up, delivery activity is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and every request is encrypted in transit. LOCATION USE Couriers share location in the background only while an accepted delivery is in progress, so dispatchers and facilities can see the specimen's live position and ETA.
