Store description excerpt
RoadmapRx is a companion app for people taking part in a health research study. The study explores how patients living with chronic illness, their families, and their caregivers share and understand health information, and how simple tools can better support their everyday wellbeing. If you have been invited to take part, RoadmapRx is where you complete your study activities on your own phone, at your own pace. After you sign in with the participant account provided by the study team, the app guides you through short activities and questionnaires. What you can do in the app: - Sign in securely with your participant account - See the activities and surveys assigned to you - Complete short, guided exercises and answer questionnaires - Get reminders so you don't miss a scheduled activity - Review what you've completed and keep track of your progress The guided activities focus on positive reflection and everyday wellbeing, such as: - Noting things you feel grateful for - Capturing and revisiting meaningful moments - Planning enjoyable activities and personal goals - Reflecting on your personal strengths - Writing thoughtful messages to people you care about Your privacy matters. Responses are collected for research purposes only, handled according to the study's approved protocol, and stored and transmitted securely. The app does not sell your data, and you can stop participating at any time by contacting the study team. RoadmapRx is intended for enrolled study participants and is meant for personal reflection and wellbeing only. It is not a medical device and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or to replace professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing emotional distress or a medical emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
