Designed by Aydee in partnership with the RMS training firm, the application offers a mobile-first, gamified experience that's quick to deploy in the field. The retail sector is facing rising turnover, a talent crisis, and declining training budgets. Providing fast and effective training has become a strategic challenge for all brands. RMS Campus helps accelerate the onboarding of new salespeople, standardize skills in sales fundamentals, reduce in-person training costs by up to 80%, and improve sales performance from the learning phase. The RMS Campus program is structured into 23 essential modules, built around the sales process: welcome, discovery, argumentation, objection, closing, and loyalty. Each module includes short, compelling content, interactive and gamified activities (multiple-choice questions, swipe, fill-in-the-blank), a progressive unlocking process to maintain motivation, as well as individual tracking and a dashboard for managers. The application is accessible on smartphones, tablets, and computers.
