STOCK LOOKUP Search your entire product catalogue by name, code, SKU, or barcode, and use category filters to narrow results. View current stock levels, pricing, stock movement history, and the components of any package or bundle without leaving the shop floor. UPDATE STOCK ON THE SPOT Update stock information, pricing, and product details directly from your phone or tablet. Use the built-in price calculator to check margins before saving changes, and capture product photos with your device's camera to upload straight to the product record. STOCKTAKE Complete fast and accurate stocktakes using your phone or tablet. Scan barcodes or search manually, then adjust quantities as you count. RM Mobile automatically detects sales and stock movements that occur mid-stocktake and reconciles the final count, so your result reflects actual stock on hand rather than the quantity when counting began. Track counted and uncounted items in real time, review previous stocktake sessions, and export completed stocktakes to Excel for reporting or auditing. MOBILE SALES Create Sales, Account Sales, Quotes, Sales Orders, and Lay-bys directly from your device. Scan products into a transaction, select customers, record delivery details, apply discounts, and capture serial numbers for serialised products. Transactions are saved on your device as you build them, so you can serve several customers at once, switch between transactions, and pick up where you left off. Finalise each sale once you're connected to your store computer. Whether on the shop floor, at a market, or on-site, RM Mobile removes the need to return to a fixed checkout. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT Instantly search existing customers, view their complete transaction history, create new customer records, or update details while you're with them.
