Ripple social is community led social networking app that doesn’t rely on algorithms to force-feed users manipulative content. Instead users can create and follow communities around the things they love, which can be linked to chosen causes and charities, that will ultimately benefit from 50% of all funds generated from advertisers targeting their communities. Members can control their social experience by connecting, sharing real-time updates and championing the communities they’re passionate about. This Beta version of the app features a real-time feed allowing users to connect, message and share thoughts and photos around around their interests. Communities can be built around shared passions and connected to registered charities and causes for future revenue generation from associated marketing activity. Without algorithmic based feed manipulation, users can enjoy a social experience built around their passions allowing them to champion the communities they love and empowering greater control over who benefits form the value of their data.
