RIG360 turns the paper pre-start book into something your crew actually finishes, and your office can actually find. Your team open the app, pick the machine, and work through the checks that apply to it. Every completed check becomes a PDF and is emailed to whoever manages your fleet, automatically. WHAT YOUR CREW DOES • Pre-start checks across 20 equipment types — cranes, forklifts, diggers, loaders, rollers, tractors, trucks, transporters, utes, vans, buses and more • Report a fault, with a photo, the moment they find one • Build a lift plan with crane capacity, radius, rigging and sign-off from everyone involved • Sign on the phone. No paper, and no photographs of paper BUILT FOR HOW SITES ACTUALLY RUN • Each machine only asks the checks your company chose for it when it was set up — nothing generic, nothing irrelevant • Certificate of Inspection, CoF, WoF and registration are answered from the expiry dates on file. The operator is shown the date and cannot fudge it • A reported fault stays against that machine and keeps failing its check until an administrator marks it fixed, so a broken machine cannot be quietly passed by the next person on it • Works with no signal. Checks queue on the phone and send themselves once you are back in range FOR THE OFFICE Set up your fleet, add your team, and read every check, lift plan and fault report on the web dashboard.
