Store Guard is the incident-reporting and monitoring app used by retail teams to keep every store accountable and every issue visible — from the sales floor to the admin office. FOR EMPLOYEES Report an incident in seconds: pick a category and severity, add a description, and attach a photo or video as evidence. Every report is timestamped and tied to your store automatically. FOR STORE OWNERS See everything happening across your assigned stores in one place. Filter reports by status, severity, or date, and follow each one through to resolution without chasing down paperwork. FOR ADMINS Manage users, stores, and store assignments from a single console. Every sensitive action — account changes, report edits, deletions — is written to a tamper-evident audit log, so you always have an accurate record of what happened and who did it. SECURITY Optional two-factor authentication, secure account deletion available at any time from the Security tab, and no ad tracking or analytics SDKs — Store Guard only collects what it needs to run the service for your organization. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator. If you don't have a login yet, contact your admin to get set up.
