The customer will need plenty of napkins for this! Our pulled pork sandwiches are made with tender pork shoulder smoked for hours over hickory wood using indirect heat. The sandwich is topped with our house bbq sauce and coleslaw that gives the sandwich the perfect “pop” the customer is looking for. Our loaded fries is also a popular item on the menu that’s only available at the Rib Shack. These are fries seasoned with our house dry rub topped with meat of the customers choice (pulled pork, beef brisket, chopped chicken or rib tips), then topped with our house barbecue sauce then coleslaw right on top. This is an item that you’ll need a fork for.
