Revvio is a workshop management system for automotive service centres and car showrooms, built for the tablet on your service desk. INTAKE TO INVOICE Register a customer and their vehicle, build a quotation from your own service and oil catalogue, and capture the customer's signature on screen to authorise the work. Approval creates the job card automatically — no re-keying. DIAGNOSIS FIRST When a customer doesn't know what's wrong, assign the vehicle to a mechanic for inspection. Findings come back to the service desk and turn into a quotation. FOR MECHANICS Assigned jobs appear in a queue with the approved work listed. Mechanics start, work through the checklist, and mark complete — the desk sees progress without asking. INVOICING Generate an invoice from the completed job order and share it as a PDF. SHOWROOM Track vehicle inventory with photos, manage buyer leads from first enquiry through test drive to sale, and record the cost price so every sale reports real margin rather than gross. ACCOUNTS See revenue, expenses and net profit for any month at a glance, with service work and vehicle sales counted separately. STAFF AND ROLES Sales, mechanic and admin roles with separate permissions. Admins add staff, reset passwords, and control which modules the workshop uses. Revvio is provided to workshops by arrangement. Accounts are created by your workshop administrator.
