Background: The review of systems (ROS) is a necessary and oftentimes exceptionally helpful part of the History and Physical / Consultation. I made this not only for me but also as a reiteration to the interns, residents, and medical students I work with that the ROS is an invaluable screening tool when obtaining information from the patient. I made this simple and without a bunch of hoopla because it needs to be simple, clear, and efficient. It does the job and it does it very well. How to Use: - Tap for positive. - Swipe left for negative. - Set the default email address by clicking the settings button. - If you'd like, you can additionally place a non-specific patient identifier there as well. Coming Soon: - Show and Hide Symptoms - Add and Remove Symptoms - Custom Symptom Sets - Save Patients For Later Review It's as close to perfect as I can make it as a doctor first and programmer second.
