A steampunk Reversi race around the world, where every board you win is a patent seized. The AI thinks on your device, so you finish every game offline. You leave London. 80 days to circle the globe and win back the patents you lost — on the board. ■ The game is Reversi Place black and white discs on an 8×8 board and flip the ones you trap. Legal squares are marked for you. A minute to learn, and no ceiling on how good you can get. ■ 5 chapters, 50 legs London and Europe, Transcontinental Express, Desert Ruins, Cities of the Far East, Sky Fortress. Each match costs 1 to 3 days. The cleaner the win, the fewer days it takes. Get home within 80 days for the true ending. Go over and the journey continues, but the record keeps the overrun. ■ From leg 1 to the Peerless of leg 50 6 grades — Novice · Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced · Master · Peerless — tuned so the gap to the next leg stays small. You will not fall into the hole between "hopeless" and "too easy". ■ The first few games find your level Play 3 to 7 calibration games and the app proposes the leg where you will be evenly matched. ■ The AI thinks on your device No board position is sent anywhere to choose a move. Underground, in the air, out of range — the same strength, down to the last move. ■ Replay the game afterwards Open the logbook and step the board back one move at a time to see where it turned. During a game you may take back up to 3 moves per match (against the on-device AI only). ■ Play people (online matches) You are paired automatically with a nearby rating. Wins and losses move your rating and put you on the leaderboard. Opponents and the leaderboard only ever see an anonymous name assigned by the server. There is no chat and no free text. In online matches the moves and the result (record, outcome, rating) are stored on the match server. ■ A review of every game, free of charge Ask for a review in the logbook and the AI reads that game and explains the turning points in words. It costs nothing and needs no purchase; one review per game. The move record is sent to the AI through our server at that moment. Nothing is sent unless you ask. ■ The AI’s inner voice A short line shows what your opponent is thinking, chosen to match what just happened on the board. The lines are picked on your device: nothing is sent, and it costs nothing. On by default; you can turn it off in Settings. ■ What builds up Every game is recorded: your win rate and the spread of legs you have played. 25 achievements unlock on their own once you meet the conditions. Your rank follows the strength estimated from the games you have played. ■ Portrait, one hand Portrait only. The board fits the width of the screen and legal squares are marked. Sound effects, music and the inner voice each switch on and off separately, with their own volume. ■ Ads, and the one-time "Remove ads" purchase The app is free. Ads may appear between games.
